Refund Policy

At Dyizan Training, we believe in the quality of our curriculum. Because our programs involve immediate access to digital resources, proprietary templates, and limited-seat live mentorship, our refund guidelines are strict.

1. Training Programs & Bootcamps

For standard programs (like the ₹499 Self Development module):

• Before Commencement: You may request a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the training or webinar.
• After Commencement: Once the training program has started or you have accessed the digital materials, absolutely no refunds will be issued.

2. Documentation Services

For custom resume building, background verification documents, and portfolio creation, charges are non-refundable once the drafting process has begun. If you cancel your request before our team starts the work, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria outlined above, send an email to support@dyizantraining.com with your registration details and payment receipt. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
